About This Event
Join us for a transformative training event designed for mental and physical healthcare professionals seeking a deeper understanding of the complex relationship between concussions and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This comprehensive workshop will enhance your capacity to recognize, attune with, and support shifts in the lives of those affected by concussive injury.
By the end of this training, participants will gain the expertise and perceptual awareness needed to expand their capacity to work with this interplay between concussions and PTSD in their practice. This framework offers a bottom-up method and psychobiological approach to alleviate dysregulation. You will have refined your expertise in tracking, working with dissociative states, processing boundary violations, and understanding touch as a relational process. The knowledge and skills acquired in this workshop will enable you to provide more comprehensive and effective care, promoting the reintegration of cognitive health and autonomic regulation.
